  • Set  in a rural spread village with few neighbors (4 or 6 people maybe) with basic living, there is one village shop and a bar at 3 kilometers (Belitza, near Tryavna). Winters are extremely harsh, the house at the moment is unattended.
The house have new roof, new doors and new windows, inside of the house is very livable, has chimney and lots of wood, Electricity 210,weak power, and no toiled, the water is supplied by a well at 60 meters away from the house.
The house is for sale (15000€ o.n.o.) or for free rent, all you have to cover is the any other services you use.

There will be no animals but you can have yours if you want to.
My name is Jordi, from Spain and live in Barcelona all year round I do not mind what you do and when u do it as long as our house is safe and secure and looked after.

No transport provided, there is local buses and taxis. Hardly any of the villagers speak English just a few people live nearby.

Gorna Oryahovitsa Airport  is in Central Northern Bulgaria; its location is approximately an equal distance from several administrative centers in Bulgaria: Sofia, Varna, Rousse, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Pleven, and Bourgas. It is 12 km from Veliko Tarnovo, the former capital of Bulgaria.

The airport is established in 1925 and was originally used primarily by Bulgarian Air Force. In 1948 is opened a regular civil air route to Sofia, the third such in the country.
Although there are no scheduled flights to and from the airport, there is a small number of charters and business jets using it. According to the Civil Aviation Administration (http://caa.gateway.bg/) in Bulgaria, in 2006 the passenger traffic at GOZ was 515 passengers. By the end of 2007, the number almost doubled to 941 passengers.
